There are no words to describe this amazing experience. Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think I would go to Africa but when Sheila posted this trip, it was one I couldn’t pass up and I am so glad I didn’t. From the Emerson into the culture to the Emerson into nature with wild animals and being a visitor in their habitat, it was truly a trip of a lifetime. I couldn’t have imagined planning this trip on my own and thankfully I didn’t have to. Seek Yoga has been the best way for me to see the world!

This was one of the best trips I have ever taken. The accommodations, the food and the staff were amazing! I hope to come back soon!

What a true blessing to able to have attended the Botswana yoga retreat with Sheila and the Seek yoga and travel participants (family). Seeing the friends I made throughout the last 4 years and 6 past retreats is priceless. I also come home richer person fulled with love, appreciation, knowledge of humanity.
