Every experience with Seek Yoga I’ve been able to attend has been personally transformative and inspiring. The retreats are always located at beautiful properties in pristine locations, so exploring new places has been a real treat! My trip to Panama with Seek Yoga was exceptional from start to finish. Sheila put so much thought and care into every detail, making the entire travel experience feel seamless and stress free. The resort was absolutely luxurious, and the accommodations far exceeded my expectations. Every aspect of the trip felt intentional and elevated. The yoga sessions led by Sheila were truly the cherry on top… grounding, inspiring, and the perfect complement to such a beautiful setting. I will absolutely be booking another trip with Seek Yoga, and honestly, it may be hard to travel any other way after this experience.

Who knew Panama would be such a beautiful place to visit? I’ve been to Costa Rica many times but never thought of going to Panama. As always, having my first trip to Panama with Sheila was the best experience I could’ve asked for. She knows how to make your experiences magical! The retreat center, Selva Terra, was a truly unique experience. The people were amazing. I highly recommend this trip when Seek Yoga offers it again!

We loved the Ecco resort - great food and very comfortable lodgings. Having morning coffee with the holler monkey calls and the island bird sounds during sunrise was delightful. Waking up to yoga practice in an open air space with water views was extra special. I went on the trip with my 2 daughters and 1 daughter in law. It was a fabulous bonding experience for us all. Loved the coffee tour! I would have liked to have spent more time in the town of Bouqete. Because you are on a tropical island in Panama, the resort is a perfect place to unwind, heal, relax and make joyful connections with nature and people.
