You will choose double or single occupancy in one of two cozy houses at Heartwood Retreat Center
Delicious locally sourced vegetarian meals customizable for your needs or preferences.
Start your day with a vigorous all-levels Vinyasa class, and finish with slow, grounded practices like Yin or Restorative
Drift into Meditation with the sounds of Tibetan Bowls, Native Flute, Acoustic Guitar and Nature herself

Take a symbolic journey into the lanscape of your personal unconscious.
We will arrange a group horseback riding activity for those who are interested.
Our retreat will begin at 4pm with time to unpack and settle before our first gathering at 5 o'clock. We'll go over the schedule, get to know each other and open our weekend together with intention and ease.
Dinner at 6:30 pm followed by a Fire Circle.
We will begin our day with yoga in the stunning Sunrise Studio followed by a nourishing and delcious breakfast. After breakfast you'll have time to wander through the woods, take a dip in the hot tub, book a massage or simply relax.
Our afternoon activity will feature a creative project to open space for profound gratitude, and we will anchor it with a gentle movement and meditation to embody the gifts that are revealing themselves to you.
After dinner together, the day will end with a guest musician and a powerful transportive sound healing experience.
Once again, our day will begin and end with movement and meditation. In between, we will have the opprotunity to horseback ride through the gorgeaus autumn woods for which this part of Georgia is known.
As we prepare to return home, we will practice yoga together and circle up for tips about how to contine to savor the sweetness of life amidst the demands of work, family and the world.
After one final meal together at noon, we will check out and say our goodbyes.
