About your trip

Spirit in the Glen...

Where ancient stories whisper through the hills, and stillness awakens the soul.

Tucked within a secluded glen near Perth, Spirit in the Glen is a six-night immersion in yoga, myth, and the living spirit of Scotland. Here, beneath the shifting Highland light, you’ll find renewal through daily practice, cultural exploration, and the quiet magic of the land itself.

Each morning begins with yoga overlooking rolling meadows where mist drifts through the trees and the gentle breeze softens the edges of thought. Dynamic yoga awaken the body’s vitality; evening sessions restore, soothe, and open the heart.

Guided by the rhythm of the land, you’ll journey into Scotland’s rich folklore — tales of selkies who rise from the sea, faeries who guard the glens, and ancient warriors who carried light into darkness. These stories serve as mirrors for inner reflection and transformation, inviting you to rediscover your own mythic nature.
