This retreat with Sheila in Amorgos is our absolute favorite! This is the 8th time we’ve had the honor and pleasure of co-leading this retreat and each year, my deep appreciation of this magical island magnifies. The hotel staff go out of their way to make everyone happy and the seemless service is commendable. Sheila is the perfect host with her intention, attention and loving spirit. We highly recommend putting this retreat on your calendar! You won’t be disappointed.

What a wonderful trip, again!  This was our 5th time going to this retreat and it never disappoints.  The food, resort, people are all amazing!  Meeting new people and reconnecting with old friends was the highlight.  We were well taken care of and everything was top notch - we wanted for nothing, exept to stay longer. Another amazing retreat with Sheila! Fresh, delicious food, a well-planned but not "packed" schedule, and a perfect blend of physical activity and mental/emotional practices. 

It was amazing!  Very enlightening and you left feeling very creative.  The host, Sheila was amazing as always and loved being in her home.  Denise was a shining light and loved the way she helped you not be so "by the book", to create and have fun!

This retreat was amazing!  Nestled in the beauty of the Georgia Blue Ridge mountains, it was 3 days of peace and tranquility.  Sheila was amazing as always and we dove deep into ourselves and discovered things we weren't expecting.  Thank you to all of the participants that were there as I feel as though I have gained a new sisterhood with these amazing women.
