My name is Sheila Ewers. I am an ERYT500 and YACEP trained in multiple yoga modalities. I am a life-long meditator with training in mindfulness and yogic meditation. I am a writer who taught at the college level for 15 years, a Jungian Life Coach, and a Certified Travel agent. Each retreat with me explores a synthesis of all of these skills and interests to bring you into deeper enagement with Self and Source.
